At the Sunday Service you can hear the weekly Bible Lesson Sermon read by two Readers. This Lesson consists of citations compiled from the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy. Each service also includes hymn singing, a scriptural selection, a sacred solo, and prayer.
We’d love to have you come join us. You will be warmly welcomed.
Refer to information under Service Times above to join us via Zoom. Our Sunday School adjoins the church, and is for pupils up to the age of 20. In an informal atmosphere the students are encouraged to explore the simpler meanings of the Scriptures as well as the principles of Christian Science.
Students meet in small groups to learn the Ten Commandments, the Beatitudes, the Lord's Prayer, and Bible stories. They are taught of God's love for them. Students discuss the practical relevance of prayer to their daily lives and how to meet the challenges they encounter. In compliance with state law, all teachers and nursery staff are approved by the Working With Children Check.
These meetings begin with readings from the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, selected to focus on a current topic which needs our prayers. This is followed by testimonies from those present telling how they are applying the teachings of Christian Science in their daily lives. The meeting also includes hymn singing and prayer.
Everyone is welcome to come to these meetings.
